Dumbarton v Peterhead

New Peterhead boss John Sheran has ruled defender Daniel Moore out of the trip to Strathclyde Homes Stadium through injury.

And front man Martin Bavidge is a doubt because of a knock.

Dumbarton manager Alan Adamson: "If we win, we will have avoided automatic relegation, which would be good for starters after being bottom of the table at the end of the first quarter.

"To beat Peterhead, we will need to score three times as, at the moment, we seem to be losing two goals a game, which makes for exciting games for the fans but stressful for the manager."

Peterhead manager John Sheran: "Despite being bottom of the table, it is a game we are very much looking forward to.

"It is a must win and the boys will be well up for it after a week of really focused and intense training after a disappointing result against Airdrie last weekend.

"In all the games I have seen, Peterhead have had a really good half and a really poor half.

"If we play like we can for a 90-minute period, I am sure that we can take the three points back up the road with us."
